My De Dietrich induction hob is not working.

The lights/numbers come on and it makes a clicking noise but not heating up, just gets a little warm, same for all four rings.

    Induction Hobs are not meant to be hot to the touch, It heats up when the saucepan is placed on the hob, it is all to do with Ion Technology, so try and place your saucepan on the hob and wait for a while and it shouls start to heat the water.
