I found it kicks in every so often, and if I lightly press on one side of the lens (the top of the projector) it stops. When I lift my finger, the line comes back... However, sometimes it behaves and stays away.
It almost feels like a strange connection problem on a vertical row of mirrors in the DLP.
I don't want to have to get this repaired (its way past its warranty date), and I do recall seeing someone mention possibly a dust problem in the projector a few years ago. Has anybody else had this issue, and if so, do you know why this is, and if it can be easily fixed?
I'm hoping someone might have something more constructive then telling me to get it serviced... lol! :-)
