   E-63 is T1 Max Time error. The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again. If it still fails, it has a bad PCB assembly. Since you've had multiple issues, I would check (or have someone knowledgeable check) various outlets in your home to be sure the voltages are all right. There may be an unbalanced line condition due to a bad connection on a neutral, for instance, which could be very very dangerous.
