I purchased a Iomega Prestige 2 TB USB 2.0 Desktop External Hard Drive 34484 on December 21it arrived January 5th and the drive is clanking loudly when copying data and is begining to die. I want to copy as much data as I can before it dies and I need a new one. What can I do.
