Forgot the name of Movie when I was a kid

I need to know the name of this movie which I have seen years ago, although I was so young. All I remember is that at the end, a man has to climb a cliff before his maiden love, which is face is covered, is executed with a bow and arrow. He does not make it in time, but finds out that his maidens mother actually takes her place and is shot with the arrow instead of his maiden love.

The film was called Against a Crooked Sky (1975) and the hero was actually trying to rescue his sister who had earlier been kidnapped by the Indians. This 89 minutes movie was quite successful.

Basically the movie was a Western film and based on a young pioneer who sets out to rescue his beloved sister, as she was kidnapped by a mysterious Indian tribe. Against a Crooked Sky was directed by Earl Bellamy, and stars Richard Boone, Stewart Petersen, and Henry Wilcoxon.

The story revolves around the rescue efforts of the hero to rescue her sister from the Indian tribe. The story further reveals when he has to go through the ancient trial of he cooked sky. Overall the movie is quite interesting.
