   It is not possible to get the mark sheet of class X without knowing the exact school, Exams conducting authority and your roll number given you during class 10th examination. For getting exact information you need to give correct information. Otherwise, it is not possible for us to help you. I will recommend you to visit Board of Higher secondary education head office in Lahore. It is located near Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. You need to tell them about the loss of your mark sheet. After passing through some legal procedures, they will issue new mark sheet. It might take few days. Board will charge a fee for issuance of new result card. Though it is a time taking but this is the best way to get the copy of your mark sheet. Best of Luck!

   I think you cannot get it on internet without knowing your roll number.If you remember your roll number then go to the respective board websites to get the print of your mark sheet. my brother also lost it somewhere and he got the copy of it from respective board webiste. try board website.
