After I met the music guy, I chose 'Delight' option and he said some stuff like he went for practise. Anyway, I can't seem to find him after that.. help?!

go into the performance centre, talk to the guy in there ... he tells you to go to the recording studio next to the disco in the shopping centre.

you have to buy clothes that have a plus romanticism, then you can get in. Change the hat, the shirt and the shoes, and that will get you in, then you have to talk to his bff and he'll ask you to show him what you can do on the guitar. I haven't figured out the second outfit however. Also, get the romantic makeup as well.
