   Mike & Molly is an American situation comedy series produced by Mark Roberts. It was premiered on CBS on September 20, 2010. The main characters of the series are Billy Gardell and Melissa McCarthy.
   The series is about two persons living in Chicago, Illinois. Mike Biggs, a police officer who wants to lose his weight, and Molly Flynn, a fourth-grade teacher meet Mike Biggs at the party of unknown people and become an unexpected pair. In the series they deal with the comments, jokes, and criticism from Mike's very talkative partner Carl McMillan, Molly has a slim sister Victoria who is drug addicted and her mother Joyce, and Samuel is a Senegalese waiter at the restaurant where the officers visits for his favorite food.

   The show is generally receiving mixed reviews from critics. It gained a score of 63 out of 100 on the program rating websites Metacritic. According to Critic Randee Dawn review the cast of the show is likable, but the jokes are outdated and moderate.
