   Well you could just buy a tail from the mertailor.com, then invite her over to go in the pool and tell her that you have a special suprise to show her! When she calls you and tells you that she just left her house start getting your make up on! Once it is on, start putting your mermaid costume on and get in the pool swim around for a bit until you hear the doorbell! Yell to her to come in, then when she gets outside to your pool she will see only your head. Now is the punch line, tell her that you should have told her this a long time ago but you were to scared, hold your breath cause you are going under the water, lifting your tail out just enough to let her see like the fin of your tail, giving her a fright!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tip1: the tails cost ALOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    well maybe you can ask her over and when she is at your house drop water on yourself but that she see's you have to be a good actor tho look at the place you dropped the water with horror and gasp then quickly go to your washroom she is bound to follow then take one of your mermaid tails and leave the door just a little bit open put the mermaid tail by the opening once you hear her footsteps and you think she see's it quickly shut the door and maybe put on you hair-dryer
