Memory Card Does Not Work

I Have A New Aiptek PocketDV AHD 100 and have bought a 4GB which was ok for a few hours then after about an hour or so when i turn on my camcorder it says Memory Full when i havent even recorded on it what can or should i do help please.

    I had that problem for the first few weeks that I had the Aiptek AHD100. There were many solutions to it though, it's a bit trial and error with that camcorder (it's so annoying). I took out the card, put it on the lock position, then took it off the lock position, then re-inserted it; and then it would be fine or sometimes just taking out the battery would work (taking out the battery is like the "reset button", except it doesn't solve all your problems).
