24 year old, disabled, receive $432. Social Security Disability and $262. SSI. I have full Medicage coverage now and will have Medicare coverage beginnig Sept.1,2009.j I can not afford medicare premiums on medical and pharmacy premiums and the copays. Does Medicsaid cover this and if so how do I sighn up for the extra help?
