    Hi, from what you've said i think your guess is right, you may need a control board for it. Kinda wish i knew of a quick fix for you, but after consulting the wiring diagram, it seems to me that there really isnt anything else that could cause that. the control board cost is around $95. Once again, sorry i couldnt offer any other advice..
