Most MMA fighters seem to use a blend of Brazilian Jujitsu, Boxing, and Muay Thai. Not that I dislike any of these arts, I respect them all, but am curious to see how other styles would compare in a free form competition. I don't believe that x style is better than y style, but personally I'd like to see how styles like Pencak Silat, FMA, or even Capoeira would fare. I realize that some of the effectiveness of these styles come from moves and techniques that would get you thrown out of the ring, but tournaments for them are held in their countries of origin. What about you? What styles would you like to see matched against some of the top MMA fighters?
