Marantz 2325 no sound.

All my lights come on,but their is no sound,occasionally sound will produce but for only a few seconds.And sometimes their is a click when turned on and sometimes not.The needles also move.working fine last night. Andre

    Is this in all input modes FA, AM, AUx, Phone?? Does the head phones produce the same problem. My 2325 has a intermittent volume potineometer. One chl always works the other channel is very attenuetted until she warms up
