Malber WD800 Blower Clogging with Lint

I've had a Malber WD800 since I bought this house a few years ago. It's been a constant saga to get/keep it working. The latest was that the drum wasn't heating during the dry cycle. I opened it up, and could tell the heating elements were getting plenty hot. What I found was the air intake to the blower was completely clogged with lint. I cleaned out the blower, its blades, and the translucent cowling that feeds it air. The dryer instantly started working like a dryer should, for the first time since I've owned it. Now, a few weeks later, the wife says it's not drying as well again. I can see a little lint in that translucent cowling, but I'm not sure yet (I'll take it apart this weekend) how clogged it is. At any rate, I'm wondering if the condensing portion isn't working right, because lint should not be able to get to the blower. I can't find a manual anywhere for this unit (or the WD1000 etc) to show me exactly how it works and where it does it's condensing and by what mechanism etc. I've contacted Malber USA in Garden City, NY (thankfully I live nearby) and they provided a few assembly drawings, but they're not much help. Yes, I've checked the filter and cleaned it... it wasn't very clogged to begin with.
