Has a paper sticker on back showing an OX ,underneath is the name
Maddox Tables can not read the pattern # only can see a number 1. In pencil on the back are the numbers 648. Inside are six compartments for letters etc. there are four drawers and in the middle is a compartment with a door and two hidden compartments one on either side. This was my mothers which she had before she married in 1938 so that is as far as I can date it back, I think it came from her mother-in-law as a wedding gift or hand me down. Can send pictures if it will help.
