MY dog is loseing hair.

My dog is 2 she has recently had pups and after I gave them all their
dewormer ,I noticed she started to loose hair. lt is missing from around her left eye, and there is a patch on her tail gone, also a small spot on her back. She dont seem to be in pain or discomfort.
Could it be lack of neutriance?
