Ok, My camera turns on, but when I switch over to camera it doesn't show any image on the screen and it won't allow me to recored or zoom or anything. The same thing happens when I switch to play, also, when I turn it off it takes awhile to do so. This part is what throws me off though, when I connect the camera to my MAC via firewire and open up FInal Cut express, the camera allows me to operate in the play setting.
