WHEN I TURN ON THE UNIT IT SAYS WELCOME AS IT ALWAYS HAS , BUT TODAY IT IMMEDIATELY SAYS GOODBYE AND SHUTS ITSELF OFF , WHY? AND HOW DO I FIX IT?
