MS Access 2007 Reports and Queries

I am a beginner in MS Access. I have a database with contact information categorized variously according to their business. I want to create a report in which I want only one contact number (Office Phone or Home Phone or MObile Number) to be returned in the report in the same priority. It is possible that there might be blank fields in these contact numbers. I want to check for blank field in the priority listed above and return the value of the first Field which has valid data in it.
