Lumps on toddler's head

My 3 year old daughter was in Halifax visiting her uncle this weekend and returned with multiple lumps all over her head. One is from hitting her head off the couch, but there are quite a few more of all sizes. She says they do not hurt but a few of them are itchy. Could they just be bug bites? They're are a few that are red, but some are colorless. Please help....
