Loss my taste buds how to get your taste buds back? i had lost my taste buds and anything i ate would taste sweet; even drinking water tasted like sugar water. it came from no where and i could not explain it. At first i thought it will go away but two weeks into and it did not get better at all.
I talked to someone and she told me it might be a brain tumor. Although she is not a doctor but hearing you could posssibly have brain tumor is not a joke. Right away i went back home and started searching online to see what is my problem or if someone else was going through same thing.
I finally found another guy who had similar problem and she did the following to get her taste buds back:
1. she used peroxide to gargle about three times a day
2. saline solution and snorted it in each nostril (holding close the other unused nostril). she did that in one nostril and then the other, and repeated that three times. When you feel that run down your throat (because you WILL), cough it up and spit it out. she did that three times a day also
3. she took decongestants according to directions every five hours
4. she also use Musinex pills and used as recommended on bottle
All of this did help her get her taste buds back. I tried it and it did the same for me but it took me good few weeks before getting the results. Has anyone else tried another way to get their taste buds back, please share.
