Looking for my long lost sister, just learned of her. She was born I think in San Alvador, El Salvad

Born late 20's/early 30's. She sent a picture postcard to our father in 1949. I can email her pic. She looks about 18/20 years old. Her maiden name would be Dorys Portman.
