I have a bachelors degree in business administration directed towards accounting\finance. I have and am currently working as an assistant controller for a small insurance agency for over 2 years that pays only 33K in Buford, GA. I do all there accounting, payroll, human resources, and IT stuff. I feel really under paid and I am no longer challenged in my work duties and I see no immediate return for my work for another 5 years - what should I do?
