    If the printer has been working...then it's not an uncommon event for it to stop. Usually powering down both the printer and the pc and then restarting them will solve this issue. But it could also be a cable or driver problem. Check the cable connections and perhaps download and install the latest drive from Lexmark if power cycleing didn't work. -=Greg=-
