Hi There, sulfur central aton 3 attached oxygens and one lone pair. One oxygen is bound to sulfur with a double bond. The other two are single bonds. The two oxygens with single bonds have single bonds to the 2 H's. AsO3 has 3 single bonds to oxygens and a lone pair. The negative charges are on each oxygen atoms. Hope it helps
