This guy I talked with today has A time share for Leisure Club International at Padre Island that he is selling. He said it cost him $12000 and is selling it for $3500 because he is getting a divorce and has to sell it. It is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath. He said the maintenance fee is $439 a year. It is a Red week. It is also a RCI club. Is this a good deal? What is the actual price?
