Sir, I am working in Abu Dhabi on a Unlimited Contract. I have submitted my Resignation on 2nd Jan 2010 and requested to relive me by 31/01/2010 on health grounds since i am not keeping good health from last Sept. 09. and even Company gave me permission to go to My native Country for treatment and i felt on cominb back after 5 days of treatment that it was a ploy to take away my responsibilities and till now none of responsibilities are restored to me and they were trying to transfer me to some other divisions. Now they if i go and work with any Company who is their competitor they will file case against me.
1) They don't have work for me to keep me occupied.
2) They don't want me to go
3) I am on a Unlimited Contract and my Visa is also falls in Asst. Manager's Post. from 10th March 2008
4) My offer letter or Contract don't have any mention of the clouse that after leaving the Job I should not work with any contractor.
Kindly advice me how can i get my visa cancelled without any trouble at the earliest.
