Leaking Patio Door. I have an aluminum patio door that is leaking a few inches up from the bottom

I have an aluminum patio door that is leaking a few inches up from the bottom of the doors. It leaks where the 2 glass panels overlap each other, at the center of the door. I'm wondering if the felt like strip that runs from the top of the doors to the bottom needs replaced. Do you have any suggestions besides this one?
