i CAN POWER UP THE CELL BUT IT WILL NOT GET PAST THE 3G NETWORK SCREEN FOR AT&T BUT THEN WON'T STAY PWERED UP OR STAYS ON THAT SCREEN AND DOESN'T MOVE PAST THAT POINT. i HAVE SWITCHED BATTERIES FROM AN ADDITIONAL PHONE i HAVE AND IT DOES EXACTLY THE SAME THING.
