Kenmore microwave doesn't run and table doesn't turn when selecting cooking time

Kenmore microwave model# 565.66480690: Clock will display. cooking time can be set. Time clicks down but no cooking and no table turning. Please advise.

kenmore cold spot refrigerator doesn't get cold or freezes
Refrigerator section is only cool and the freezer is refrig temp. The ice maker doesn't produce water nor freezes.
