The Kawasaki Bayou 220 is one of the least significant motors constructed by Kawasaki, and it is only accessible in 2WD. The Bayou 220 is one of the best trading ATVs of all time, because it is cheap and so straightforward to operate. Changing the oil by yourself will save you money.
    • Buy oil and an oil filter. The Bayou 220 takes 2 quarts of 10w30 oil, and a FRAM CH6070 oil filter which arrives with an o-ring. If you purchase a filter without an o-ring you will require purchasing one from Kawasaki.
    • Put the oil drip pot below the drain close then unscrew the drain plug. Let the oil drain for about 5 minutes. Replace the drain close when the oil is completed draining. You require using a new drain close or the oil will leak.
    • Remove the hat covering the oil filter then eliminate the oil filter. The filter is established on the front right edge of the motor. You will glimpse a hat with two bolts. Unscrew the bolts then eliminate the hat and drag out the filter. Drop in the new filter with the new o-ring. s***w the bolts back on the oil filter cap.
    • Unscrew the oil filler cap. Put a funnel in the aperture and dispense 2 quarts of oil in the funnel. s***w the hat back on when you are finished.
