Question:

Jenn Air Dishwasher Cascade Complete does not dissolve Falls into Silverware basket whole

Recently my 2 year old dishwasher is not working correctly. I put the Cascade Complete square in the Dispenser. Like I Have done since I purchased my Dishwasher. It doesn't matter which wash setting I use, When the cycle is finished I open the door. The Cascade Complete square has dumped in the-silverware basket. Still the square, not dissolved. It always worked before. I have no idea what is going wrong. I have used this same detergent since my dishwasher was installed. Could you let me know what Is wrong with my dishwasher?

So, I too am all of a sudden having this same issue. My dishwasher is a Frigidaire, and is only 2 years old as well. They have worked very well until just recently. What gives?

I just searched the internet for Cascade Complete to see who else was having problems with this product or if I just purchaesd a bad batch. I have a Whirlpool dishwasher and only a small part of the packet is disolved, 75% of it remains intact and hard. I think it's a bad product.
