   The beautiful Jamaican weather is due partly to the island proximity to the equator. Whenever you wish to visit this tropical paradise there is always fantastic Jamaican weather awaiting you. The quantity of rainfall mainly attributes to the weather conditions in Jamaica than fluctuating temperatures. There is a saying that Jamaica has only two seasons, the dry and rainy periods. These are subtle changes during the year which works in balancing other elements to create this stunning Jamaican weather
   The hurricanes usually form between the West coast of Africa and the eastern Caribbean. They then tend to travel in a northwesterly direction over a few days. Fortunately by the time they get close to the island they are already too far north to cause any significant changes in the Jamaican weather conditions.
