   Well, it’s a critical situation. As long as I know you should get Istekhara done by an authentic person who actually knows how to do it. Secondly, dreams are mostly the interpretations of your fears and wishes, and cannot guide you in the right direction. If the person is really nice and you want to marry him and your family is agreed too, I feel you should go for him. One other thing can be to get Istkhara redone, but from some authentic person.

   
   Since, you cannot predict your future and neither can you stop living due to the fear of death, so you should pray and be strong to take decision, rest leave on Allah, and he will certainly do better for you. I would advise you to stop fearing and be regular in prayers; you will feels all things getting better in some time!
