Issue of governance?

in my opinion it is the ignorance of the govt.as in past they have the habit to let the things go with out proper address.This is such a sensitive issue which should be attended and resolved immediately but ignorance brings it to such situation.we have law which is in the light of Shariyah but keeping it dead and no action leads to fill this vaccum?looking forwd for ur input regarding same
