Is working at Google India tough?

I want to job in Google India but as it is such a big platform there are many eligible candidates. I want to know if the working in the firm is as tough as getting in it. Any ideas from a googler will be much appreciated

    Yes. Working with Google in India is very tough as Google requires well qualified developers who are very smart in their work and are constantly changing.
