This will be my second spring on my highschool's crew team, last year I was a novice and we didn't do much ergging. The second time I've ergged a 2k, I got 8:41, and I'm sure I'll get it down soon. I'm a lightweight, 120lbs and almost 5'6. Is this time good for where I am now?
