Is there any genuine loan provider who gives loan in genuine way

there are so many post which guarantee loan within 24-72 hours without any collateral,any fees but all seems false and this i am telling by my personal experience that it's impossible to get loan from these lenders.As soon as one applies for this loan they send you a message that loan is approved and now the borrower is required to send some money say Rs.5000/-for example and if this amount is agreed the next mail says no the borrower will have to send Rs.20000/- and next day Rs.50000/- and so on.
So how one can rely on such lenders?This is my personal experience.
