Is there a program in Cleveland Ohio that help single mothers get cars?

I am a 19 year old single mother and I am truly in need for a car this winter so I can go to work and start school.I just really need a reliable car. In Cleveland the snow gets bad and I have already missed 2 of my daughters appointments due to transportation. I have just started a job at Wal-Mart but its all the way across town and since my 98 Olds Intrigue broke down I have missed 2 days!!! I have no help from anyone to even get bus fare!! My life is just screwed up right now. I need to know if theres a program who donates cars.
