Is it racist if Parents won't allow their children to marry outside their race?

just wondering, I think this question is complicated and not as clear cut, so I just want to know what people's opinions are on that subject? So do you thinks it's racist or not?

    NO, not Everybody is for interracial marriage & shouldn't be forced to agree with it. All I know I won't allow my children to marry outside their race, unless they want to be disowned or have a smack on the face.
