Is it possible to change CNIC permanent address on CNIC by showing a documents of flat?

I born and completed my intermediate at Karachi. My each and evry thing (domicile, PRC, birth certificate, degrees, and even my father's domicile and PRC) belongs to Karachi but the problem creating thing is the permanent addrss on my father's CNIC which belongs to the village of gujranwala. We have only flat at Karachi, where we are living. Now as I completed my intermediate and want to get admission in govt medical university, but the universities' eligible criteria required CNIC with permanent address of Sindh. What should I do now?? How to change permanent address on CNIC?? me in trouble because its the matter of my future.. Plz help if one can. Thanks
