Is it posible for a mother to provide visa for her soon to be born baby in kuwait?

My husband is in the Philippines. I went there last june for vacation and i apparently got pregnant. I only found out that i'm pregnant after coming back here in kuwait. I wanted to keep my baby here, is it posible?
