s***n, or c*m, is actually made up of 90 percent seminal fluids including fructose (sugar) and proteins; sperm accounts for only about one percent of its total volume and the rest is made up of trace minerals and nutrients. For this reason, one might think that s***n is not only safe to eat, but actually good for you! Seminal fluid is a veritable nutrient-rich soup. s***n is a source of highly concentrated, high-quality protein. In dietary terms, it's comparable to egg whites or gelatin. Besides protein, s***n contains high concentrations of some minerals, such as zinc, and trace amounts of other important nutrients, like calcium and magnesium. Taking s***n into the mouth is safe, as is swallowing s***n, unless the s***n has a sexually transmitted infection in it. Keeping s***n out of the mouth is clearly the best way to avoid such a risk of swallowing sperm. Unprotected oral s*x can put both giver and receiver at risk of sexually transmitted infections such as; cytomegalovirus, gonorrhea, hepatitis B, herpes, human papilloma virus (HPV), syphilis, and, rarely, chlamydia and HIV. Some women say that the taste of eating s***n is unpleasant, bitter, salty, or even acrid. Nowadays, there are special pills to make the s***n tasty.
