Is a 2009 2.0 duratech focus engine and wiring the same as a 2006 focus with a 2.0 ?

I need a new engine for a 2006 focus and a 2009 engine is available, but I dont know if the wiring harness's are the same. Do you know if it would be an even swap so to say between a 2009 focus 2.0 and a 2006?
