Is Pakistan Air force's F-16 jet better than the F-20 jet?

I know that Reagon govt. wanted and gained F-16 sales on a global scale but would that mean the F-16 is better than the F-20, since it did not get so much focus.

    The Pakistan Air force's F-16 is and was the better fighter than the F-20 Tiger shark. F-20 jets were just day dogfighters with a little range and payload, where as F-16 is something which no one forgets
