Actually Katrina and Heidi both have been married for years. I think you have people confused because Katrina had a restraining order against Terra and Lauren has also had a lot of problems with Terra tormenting her as well. Either way I'm happy for Lauren if she's happy. She def isn't trash and she's a unique girl.

The only significance of Gunnar wearing the odd looking ring on his middle finger of right hand is because it makes him appear more "rock and roll" with his bands "Scrap Metal"and "Nelson." Ever since Gunnar was very young it's very important for him to "fit in" with the "in" crowd. His twin, Mattthew, is the opposite, he's very much his own man. There's nothing worse than a middle aged man trying to act like a teenager, I don't know what's the matter with Gunnar; he must be in his second childhood.

Gunnar and Lauren have Zero chemistry!! When I saw him, there was a sparkle. Lauren is a Terrible person, very ordinary and she is not wearing any rings.
Lauren is homely. When he sang at the Mohegan she was not there. And, he told a women who from LA and had flown in for the concert wearing a black halter top to call him. So, this Lauren person is nothing to look at and nothing special.

No. He he likes a ladylike, well-mannered, sophisticated woman. Gunnar has no atlye, and he needs someone who has. He is completely lost. He admires his late grandfather whom had worked very hard for everything in his life to provide the best for his family, this Lauren woman bespokes a lack of sophistication and breeding (no self-respecting woman goes after a man, it's the opposite), and lifestyle he wanted to avoid like the plague. Also, a southern lady always dresses impeccably. in shopping malls in the south they have roaming photographers who take picutres of the "best dressed" and print them in the newspaper. that is true, and as well his family does not like her because they feel gunnar can find someone more attractive and less of a gold digger alcoholic. but i think because their mother was an alcoholic they are attracted to that. Ever since he has been with lauren gunnar has let himself go physically. he looks fat again, and his hair is really long, he just looks bad.
