It's becoming a bit of a sideshow now, the moment in an England game when Beckham comes on to pick up another cap. He's bound to get the record, but does he deserve it?

    The performances f Beckham for the coutry have been marvellous, scoring crucial goals on free kicks, assisting so many goals. He should be regarded as one of the english greats and deserves to have the caps record as he gives it all no matter for how long he is on the field.

    There was a similiar argument on Radio 5 Live last night; the utter cretin Alan Green said Beckham's caps were 'cheap' Well I ask you: did Milner have a better 10 minutes than Beckham? No? No, he didn't. Surely Milner was earning a cheap cap.
