heater elements come on then turn off a few seconds later. I have no problem with turning system on with thermostat, but during idle the system will "elements" turn on and off.

    I have a intertherm model e2eb-015ha, the blower wont come on with the heat. The heater element is on and hot but the fan will not come on. the fan does come on with the airconditioning. Tried replacing the capacitor and it seemed to work better for a few weeks now it does'nt come on at all.
