My brother said his truck doesn't have a starter relay. He just finished checking for a fuel pump relay and fuel pump problem. The 40 amp still blows. He has changed the ignition switch, had the starter checked, and changed the neutral safety switch on the transmission. Today_he discovered that the hazard lights worked, but the light doesn't blink on the instrument panel. Also, the entire instrument panel seems to be out. He said the 40 amp fuse blows when he turns the key_to "run" (where the instrument panel lights up)_so he can't even get to "start". Any new advice would be much appreciated.
